My department is in a big mess now... sigh... everyone can't stand the manager... I don really want to get involve as i find it not right to gang up and drive someone away. If she is really useless, i believe that bosses have eyes to see. Juz simply hope that this can end soon! Althought this manager is really lack of leadership that why she cannot get along with anyone, but frankly i also find them a bit too over board... sigh... I don know how to talk them out. why can't everyone juz work for the company and not for themselve, solo performance will never work thing out and the only time will they work as group is becoz they want everyone to be one of them to pin point something which they are not happy with...
